February 4, 2015 DIVERSITAS presents highlights and expertise in its new and last annual report
For over 20 years, sildenafil DIVERSITAS, drug an international research programme of biodiversity science, has acted as a principal network for scientists and researchers studying aspects of biodiversity. In the new and last annual report, you will find more information on the achievements of DIVERSITAS during its long legacy and the new opportunities brought by the transition to Future Earth.
In addition, the annual report presents highlights of various achievements of DIVERSITAS specifically in 2013 and 2014, and updates about the transition of specific projects and science-policy activities into the new Future Earth programme.
Please get full access to the annual report 2013-2014 on the DIVERSITAS website.
Sweden’s involvement in DIVERSITAS
In the acknowledgement, DIVERSITAS also expresses its gratitude to the French Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle (MNHN) for hosting the DIVERSITAS International Secretariat. Moreover, DIVERSITAS thanks all the organisations that have provided funding for its activities. Out of these organisations, four are from Sweden:
- Stockholm Resilience Centre
- Swedish Research Council Formas
- Swedish Seretariat for Environmental Earth System Sciences (SSEESS)
As one of the founding programmes of Future Earth, DIVERSITAS transferred all its activities to Future Earth. As a result, its international Secretariat closed on 31st December 2014. The DIVERSITAS website will, however, be kept alive for the next 5 years, and the DIVERSITAS’ archives are stored at ICSU.
